1. Service Description

AI Shengshou ("the Platform") provides divination interpretation services based on traditional Zhouyi culture and large AI models. All interpretation content is provided for cultural entertainment reference only and does not constitute legal, medical, investment, or other professional advice.

2. Disclaimer

• Divination interpretations are generated by AI models and have randomness and uncertainty. They should not be used as the sole basis for actual decisions.
• This platform assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect losses arising from reliance on interpretation content.
• Users shall bear full responsibility for any consequences resulting from the use of this platform's services.

3. User Obligations

By using this platform's services, you agree to:

• Not use this platform for illegal activities
• Not conduct automated bulk requests (crawlers, script attacks, etc.)
• Not submit questions containing malicious code, offensive content, or other people's private information
• Not bypass the platform's rate limits and security measures through technical means
• Not use this platform's interpretation content for commercial promotion or fraudulent purposes

4. Free & Paid Services

• Free Quota: Each user enjoys 3 free divination interpretations per day.
• Paid Membership: Subscribing members receive more interpretation quota and premium features, subject to the purchase page.
• Paid services support 7-day no-reason refund (based on actual payment time).

Membership prices and benefits may be adjusted according to operational strategy. Users who subscribed before the adjustment will not be affected until the end of the current subscription period.

5. Intellectual Property

The code, design, hexagram database, interpretation templates, and brand identity of this platform are intellectual property of this platform or its licensors. Without permission, you may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any code or design elements of this platform
• Use this platform's brand identity (including but not limited to "AI Shengshou" name, LOGO) for commercial promotion
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from this platform's services

6. Service Interruption & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for the following reasons:

• System maintenance (will be announced in advance)
• Security reasons (discovery of vulnerabilities or attacks)
• User violations of this agreement

For paid users, we will refund the subscription fee for the remaining period on a pro-rata basis when service is terminated.

7. Agreement Changes

We may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified via:

• Platform homepage announcement (7 days in advance)
• Email notification to registered email

Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription and apply for a refund.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For disputes arising from this agreement, both parties shall resolve through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court with jurisdiction at the location of the platform operator.
