Prices may be adjusted according to operational strategy. Users who subscribed before the adjustment will not be affected until the end of the current subscription period.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 7-Day No-Reason Refund
Within 7 natural days from the date of initial purchase or renewal deduction, you have the right to apply for a full refund. No reason needs to be provided.
4.2 Refund Amount
- Within 7 days: Full refund, refunding the actual payment amount.
- Over 7 days but within 14 days: Pro-rated refund based on remaining days (Refund = Payment Amount Γ Remaining Days Γ· 30).
- Over 14 days: Generally no refund, special cases can be negotiated with customer service.
4.3 Special Circumstances
The following circumstances are not subject to the 7-day limit and can apply for refund at any time:
- Platform service experiences a major failure, causing inability to use normally for over 24 hours;
- Erroneous or duplicate deduction;
- Subscription features do not match the description on the purchase page.
4.4 Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund
- Subscriptions obtained through fraudulent means (stolen credit card, fake identity, etc.);
- Repeated refund and re-subscription by the same user (platform reserves the right to refuse service);
- Over 14 days and not meeting the conditions in Section 4.3.
5. Refund Process
- Submit Application: Send a refund application to [email protected], stating your registered email and subscription date.
- Customer Service Confirmation: We will reply to confirm receipt of the application within 1 business day.
- Process Refund: For eligible refunds, the refund will be processed through Stripe to the original payment method within 3 business days after confirmation.
- Arrival Time: The refund arrival time depends on your issuing bank, typically 5-10 business days. If it has not arrived after 14 business days, please contact customer service for inquiry.
After refund: Your subscription benefits will be terminated immediately after the refund is processed. The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method (credit/debit card). Your historical divination records will be retained, but premium features will revert to free tier limits.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you have any objection to the refundε€ηη»ζ, you can resolve it through the following ways:
- First communicate through the customer service email. We are committed to friendly resolution of all disputes;
- If communication cannot resolve the issue, it can be handled according to the dispute resolution clause in the Terms of Service;
- For disputes related to Stripe payments, you can also file an appeal through Stripe's dispute resolution mechanism.
8. Policy Changes
We may adjust these rules according to business needs. Material changes will be notified 7 days in advance through platform announcements and email. Subscriptions before the change will still apply the original rules.
